These terms apply to anyone using the Top Notch Command Center ("the Service") operated by Top Notch Home Inspections LLC, including our staff, clients and real estate agents. By using the Service you agree to them.
Use of the Service
- Use the Service only for scheduling, managing and reviewing home inspections with Top Notch.
- Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Don't misuse the Service, try to access data that isn't yours, or interfere with how it works.
Staff
Team member access is provided for work purposes and may be changed or removed by Top Notch at any time. Connecting a personal Google Calendar is optional and can be disconnected at any time.
Clients and agents
The inspection itself is governed by the inspection agreement signed for each job. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the inspection agreement controls.
Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
No warranty; limits
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Top Notch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
